What is Sunday Morning Worship like at Ember Church?
Each Sunday morning around 10:00 AM a hospitality brunch including coffee and juice is shared during a time of fellowship. Around 10:20 we begin taking prayer requests and praise reports from the church family and after the call to worship and a time of prayer, the worship band leads us in songs of praise. An opportunity to honor the Lord with tithes and offerings is followed by a sermon by one of the pastors of Ember Church.
Worship services are casual and we rely on the leading of the Holy Spirit to make every meeting what God intends for it to be; so there is not a strict schedule to follow. Most Sundays we are finished with planned activities by 11:30-11:45.
What should I wear to Ember Church?
We believe God is more concerned about who a person is on the inside rather than what he wears on the outside. Dress is casual at Ember Church. Basically, whatever you are comfortable in is a good choice as long as it is modest and is respectful of biblical morals and values.
