Pastor Matt Andrew
Senior Pastor
Pastor Matt has been leading Ember Church since 2010. He and his wife, Kristen have five children. He holds a full time secular job, is a college student and is Senior Pastor of Ember Church. His heart's desire is to reach the surrounding community with the message of love and hope of Christ's redemption, strengthen and support families, and encourage good community relationships.
Associate Pastor Arlene Fields
Associate Pastor, Pastoral Counselor, Children's Pastor
Arlene is a retired midwife who had a local private practice for twenty years. She also homeschooled her nine children until the last one graduated in 2013. Arlene begins Sunday Worship Service with weekly prayer requests and leads the congregation in a call to worship, as well as leading the children's ministry. She has also been providing pastoral counseling at various locations for the past nine years.

Nathaniel Fields
Becky Ward
Nathaniel and Becky grew up as "pastor's kids" singing and playing in worship bands, and participating in the National Fine Arts Festival during their high school years.
Nathaniel is a full time student in his second year of the Audio Engineering program at San Jacinto College, and also works full time as a support rep for a local company. He has been leading worship at Ember Church since 2011.
Becky is a full time cosmotology student at Lonestar College and has also been leading worship at Ember Church for three years.
They like to lead by simply worshiping the Lord themselves, and inviting the congregation to join in as well.
